SCHEELE LPG ambient air vaporizer is composed of four parts: liquid phase pressure regulating device, vaporizer, liquid level display, and anti-overflow device. The equipment automatically adjusts the liquid level to change the heat transfer area to adapt to changes in production load. In the event of over-liquid flow, the over-liquid prevention device can return the liquid to the bottom of the vaporizer to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

* Applicable Medium: LPG, LO2, LN2, LAr, LNG, LCO2, LNH3, LC2H4, LN2O, LC3H8, etc.

* Vaporization Capacity: 25-500Kg/h (larger vaporization can be combined)

Working Principle

The liquefied gas passes through the coil immersed in warm water, absorbs the heat of the warm water, gasifies and overheats, and enters the pipe network. There is a float switch to prevent the water level from being too low. When the water level is lower than a certain height, the power supply can be automatically cut off to prevent the heater from drying out. The LPG ambient air vaporizer is equipped with an anti-over-temperature device, which can automatically cut off the current when the water temperature exceeds 75 °C to prevent the temperature from being too high.
